Information stored

Checkout saves the name, phone number, delivery address, optional email, products and order notes to the store database on the owner’s VPS. The owner can view these records in the administrator dashboard. Newsletter submissions save the supplied email and consent. Website and security logs may record requests and IP addresses. Local backups contain copies of the database and uploads.

Cookies and connection

WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies for the shopping bag, checkout session and administrator login. The public HTTPS connection is provided through Cloudflare Tunnel. Cash on delivery is the only payment option; this test site does not collect payment-card details.

Test communication and deletion

Outgoing email and marketing campaigns are disabled in this trial. Ask the store owner who shared this test link to remove any details submitted by mistake. A final customer-facing privacy policy and contact channel will be reviewed before the main store launches.
